  • GC2 For Sale

<If I'm posting to the wrong area please forgive me or just move the thread. I couldn't really see any better place.>

Okay, I've lurked here for years while building my simulator back in 2015. During that time I used my GC2 in my garage and had a pretty nice setup, once you moved the cars, laid out the mat, hooked it all up...it was great. In July 2017, I moved to Florida, have no garage room for a simulator. I'm a three minute cart ride to the short range. The GC2 has been gathering dust in the closet. I just pulled it out and brought it to the range and it's working fine minus the battery that apparently is horrible. I used a cheap UPS to power it while at the range since it only pulls 5 watts it lasts a long time. So it works with the system plugged in. A new battery with Cory is like $70.

I've talked with Foresight about a trade up to the GCQuad. I've talked with Flightscope about their Xi+. Since I'm going to be 100% outside now I don't really need the course software, just need ball data, etc. Foresight suggested I just sell it online. I can provide the serial number and you can call Foresight to confirm the unit is legit.

This is what I have that has to sell. The GC2, new flash module, protective cover, FR1 software has to go as a unit. Message me with questions and price. I need over $5000 for this package since Flightscope will pay that much just for the unit on a purchase of the X3. Foresight thinks I can get $4500 - $6000 for just the GC2. So I think the plastic protector, flash and fr1 is $1750-$2000. The GC2 itself is around that $4500-6000 range.

GC2A-Stereoscopic Golf Ball Tracking Technology with Bluetooth
Extra Foresight Sports Super Flash Module - in original plastic bag. - I understand these are about $500 for real modules.
GC2 Protective Mask with alignment hooks - worth $239.
FR1 Software with Green Dongle - worth $1250 and you only need to pay $1750 more to get to FSX2018. It's the dongle and you can confirm this with Foresight as well. FSX straight up is $3000.
Courses Player Pack - Driving Range, LaTempte, La Jolla Pines, Olympic, Akron.
Battery is bad (minus $70), but still works plugged in for the sim room. I never tried the battery until the day I was going to the range.

This stuff is extra if you are building your own sim room. Make an offer. I can these pics later. The GC2 is my prime concern.

    Extras:
West Cost Netting PR-20 (11x11 Web Bound with #2 Grommets - was $275, great shape, does have a seam, not sure how much to ship.

Divot Action from Custom Golf Design - 12x24 insert - this was awesome!!! New it's $130, had nice give on your shots and helped the pain from hitting off mats.

Real Feel Golf Mat - Country Club Elite 5x5 - was $499 but have no idea how to ship this monster, great mat, but used that divot action to hit off of.

BenQ W1080ST 1080p 3D Short Throw DLP Home Theater Projector (White) - this is on Amazon for $1300 we can do much better for this but it's wasting away in my garage.

Thanks guys. I am talking with a local club fitter but he isn't going to need the software so that may not work. Thanks in advance.

    Kevin

Message me and I can talk on the phone with serious inquires.

I took some pics of the other stuff but first look at the little inserts of turf. Here is what I did that worked great to hit the ball. I stood on the big 5x5 mat and hit off of these inserts. I placed little round pieces from extra foam insulation padding and taped them to the back of the insert. These created a shock absorber type effect.

I also have a bunch of bungies and those metal posts to build your sim cage. You just need to get the pipes.

I had a few good questions come in via message.

Apparently the battery sucks (no pun intended) like old cell phones batteries and must have that old battery memory issue. You need to power them fully and let them drain all the way. It's easy to swap them.

Go here to see the video for the battery swap. It's like 6 small screws.

The world’s most trusted golf instructors and club fitters use our GC launch monitors and GC-powered golf simulators in their programs every day.

Go here to see Foresights battery warning. This tells you -- Your GC2 battery should be fully discharged and recharged at least once a month. This includes batteries in storage, as well as batteries on GC2 units operating on continuous AC power.

I've had a lot of questions about that mat. 5x5 it can rolled in a roll like carpet. I'm really not sure it's heavy. It will need to go Ground. You can private message me and we can discuss. I think we could do a price for the mat and you could pay for the shipping. You could do the research. On ReelFeelGolf Mats I put it in the shopping cart to see the price and they said $40 via FedEx so we could assume $50 worst case. But PM me so we don't bother everyone with the chatter.

The GC2, has a good amount of interest. Thanks guys. I was afraid I was going to have to ebay it. Thanks for the interest.

Okay someone wanted pics of the Real Feel Golf Mat. It's in perfect condition. If this goes outside of the GC2 deal then we need to figure out the shipping. Real Feel says it was $40 via FedEx but this thing weights a ton. It took me forever to dig it out from behind the Christmas tree so here are the images.

Guys I think I'm keeping the mat now. I may have a need to build a quasi sim room. Just the mat, net and enclosure kit to hit balls a couple days the range is closed. I may even keep the projector which I think I had overpriced.
