For Sale: Enclosure, turf, hitting mat, projector, etc.

I'm looking to sell my simulator enclosure and miscellaneous related items. I've already sold my GC2. I'm located in the Metro Detroit area.

Here's what I have:

All of the above items are in great condition as I did not use the simulator much after building it due to a back injury. The simulator enclosure was built with angle iron framing and the netting is all interconnected. I even added lightweight black auto carpet to the sides and ceiling to blackout the enclosure. Based on the size of the enclosure and the amount of netting it would not make much sense to ship it. It would be worth the drive for someone within a reasonable distance looking for a 10' wide set up. You could pick it all up at once. My enclosure was built into the 3rd bay in my garage. I also have a heavy duty commercial sliding tarp that I had custom made to divide the golf simulator area from the rest of the garage. It worked great to keep the heat in from a ceiling mounted electric heater.

Can you provide where the cut out is relative to the rest of the carpet (ie, is it in the dead middle, or offset, or how far from edges etc.) How did you like the turf for putting? What speed would you say it runs?

Let me measure it and I'll let you know. It is offset to the left a bit so that I could swing and hit into the middle of the screen. I play right handed. The turf was good for putting, and I'd say around a 10 on the stimp. It is quality nylon turf. I have a putting green in my basement that uses the STI NP50 that roles a bit smoother, but it is more expensive and did not have the foam backing on it to get me to the right elevation to flush up with my hitting mat. If I want to just putt I go in the basement. For playing sim golf and having a good turf for looks and putting, the PL306 is just fine. I have seen it in use in full blown open to the public golf simulators where you pay by the hour to play.

I have attached a sketch with the layout and dimensions on the synthetic turf. I will correct my the original post to indicate: 1) hitting mat is 5' x 4' (not 5x5); and 2) turf is 12' 3" wide by 13' 6'" long. I forgot that this turf came in 12' width from factory (actual cut was a little wider).

The length was 15' when it arrived, and I cut a strip of 1' 6" off the back end of it because it extended too far into the walkway across the back of my garage creating a trip hazard.
