Want to Buy: GC2 battery

I'm in the market for a GC2 battery. Preferably new, though I'd buy a used with good charge capacity and would even consider a dead one.

If you have a batteries plus store by you, they will rebuild your old battery pack for $40-50 with new cells.

The closest one is an hour and a half away. It is why I would consider a used one, so that I could ship one while still keeping my GC2 functional (I assume that they don't work without a battery in them?)

Actually it will work plugged in with the battery removed.
