I have for sale FSX with 12 courses course list is in attachment asking $2400. retail is 3000 +1400 in extra courses

I'm in the market now for a GCQ, although a bit out, how would this work. I wouldn't care about the current login name, but would I just be able to download the software and take your key/activation code?

Yes. and you can change the email associated and the password. you just have to keep the user name
i give you the key for the software activation. the courses will be associated with the FSXlive account of the current user name.

You can edit the username of the FSX Live account. Login FSX Live and go to account information where you have the option to edit the username. All the courses and licenses will stay connected to the edited username.

I tried that before and had to have foresight engaged. They would not authorize until I used the original user name. Once I used the original user name they all activated.
Not sure what happens once they are activated. Foresight stated all course license are associated with the user name that purchased them

You can change the username on fsx2020. Ive already done it.

I second that... Once you have the login and password, you can go in and change the email/password/nickname etc.... transferring the software license is easy compared to the hardware.

My issue may have been different as the original user never deactivated them so I had to go on chat and have foresight do it. I just kept the username since I used it in the chat for no issues with support
