Looking to sell my GC2 and all related equipment.
I’m moving abroad for a while, can’t take it with me, and don’t want it sitting in the garage unused. This setup was assembled by me at the beginning of the pandemic and has worked great every day since.
Would prefer to sell as a whole to a local buyer (NC), but will ship in the US (with insurance).
This does NOT include any sim software and the PC will be provided with a fresh install of windows.
Price is $7,500 for everything.
I can provide videos of the setup in action for interested parties. If local you’re welcome to come try it out. I attached a picture of the setup working and a screen grab from one of the cameras.
Specs are as follows:
- GC2a with Megaflash. Older model but works great. You are responsible for transfer fees with foresight if that’s what you want to do. I never registered it. Battery needs replacing/reconditioning as is common with these units. Includes power adapter and USB cable.
- Optoma GT1080HDR Short Throw Projector. Most people know this projector. Ideal for golf simulation. 3800 lumens. Very low lamp hours. Purchased in April.
- Upgraded Dell Optiplex 9020 desktop. i7-4790, GTX1070 6GB, 16GB RAM, 500gb SSD, 2TB hard drive, upgraded power supply.
- 144 x 108 spectrum golf supertex impact screen. Has pockets along top and bottom for hanging. Golf ball sized hole in the screen (can be seen in picture) from when a driver head hit the screen adapter-first. Not the best screen (great picture but lots of bounce back - get some memory foam for behind it) but will get you started nicely. I also have .75” EMT as well as the corner pieces etc that I can include for a local buyer.
- 2x Spinel global shutter monochrome 120fps USB cameras. Work with kinovea and in FSX (and I’m sure everything else). Does 120fps at up to 720p. These are circuit board cameras without enclosures. I never got round to buying the enclosures - just mounted to phone holder using a strip of duck tape easily enough. Includes 2 x 15ft usb extension cables.
- Country club elite hitting strip. Only used for a few months. Local buyers can also take the wooden platform I constructed to recess the strip, but it’s a bit of a POS to be honest 😂
I also have some cheap blackout curtains, ball bungees, and cheap fake turf that I’ll give to any local buyer, along with the EMT.
Let me know if you have any questions!
