I’m going to be moving in the next 6 months so unfortunately have to part with my simulator.
I have everything you see in the Protee Base Pack 2 (link below) with the exception of the putting sensor (not really needed, you can putt on the regular sensor and the putting sensor add $1000 to the package) and I have only 1 overhead light.
TGC software included that has over 100,000 courses.
Custom gaming computer. It has only been used for running the simulator and is less than 3 years old.

The projector is an Epson short throw projector.
For sales local to the Charlotte NC area, I would also include the cage and netting system and custom built hitting platform + hitting mat for an additional $1000. The cage/netting is from West Coast Netting.
