No, I have bad golfer's elbow and hitting off a mat makes it worse. I loved the skytrak, actually have a couple buddies who have TGC and we played online a few times together. It's a blast, wish I could keep it.

Sorry to hear about your golfers elbow, I’m dealing with the same thing. Upgraded to a fiberbuilt mat and am getting a prp injection followed by 8 weeks of rest. Good luck!
