I'm moving in a few weeks and sadly disassembling my home simulator as we're unsure if our next home will have the required space. Looking to move my GC2 and FSX 2020 license with 21 courses including Pebble Beach. The unit itself is in excellent condition outside of one embarrassing blemish - on unboxing day I was so excited to open that I pried the unit open with the bottom stand in the locked position and the center portion of the plastic stand broke. Fortunately the legs on each side remained in tact and the unit is able to sit level - this has no impact on performance but prevents the unit from being locked when in the closed position. The unit never left my simulator room so it was a non-issue for me, but I've tried my best to show in the photos attached.
