Hey wanted to come to the forum and ask some very vital questions on what I should do for a potential fraud case. I paid this guy Scammer (pictures below) and it’s been 5 days since payment was received. I have asked him countless times for a simple tracking number and keep receiving messages of side track answers that have nothing to do with the questions I’ve asked. I hate to put people on blast but he seems very fishy and I’ll update the forum if he does send the unit. Maybe this will finally get him on his high horse and send it but I’ve tried communicating with him and I’ve got nothing by side tracked texts back. Maybe y’all can help me by sending him messages too idk haha. But so far it seems I’ve been scammed and will need to move this forward. Like I said hate to do this but sadly the world we live in where people like this exist and it’s hard to trust anyone. Thanks for answering and hope we can find a solution. I would be very cautious if you deal with this guy in the future. Name again is Scammer thanks.

He says I’m a scam for needing help. Guys please shed light on his poor brain and explain that if he is paying via a credit card on PayPal as friends and family that. The seller (me) has zero protection against a chargeback. He could get both the item and the money. I have proven I have the dam item and have asked for help clearly as per myast 2 for sales. How is it wrong that I say what I have as the facts/ bottom line

Jbiggie6 If you read what happened to him, I am sure you will appreciate that he is going to be overly cautious on any future purchase that he is going to make. Why not keep to your $1550 price and accept that you will be charged the 3% fee? In the end you will get the number you are looking to get for the unit.
The more you try to force someone down a path that they are not comfortable with the worse it looks on you as a possible seller. I find in these online transactions it is always the buyer who is at most risk (appreciating that there are scams for sellers as well).

Time out. I am selling it that cheap because of needing the money now (2 days ago and counting) otherwise I would get 2200+, i didnt ask him to Zelle money; I offered him or anyone that price who wanted to help one another in the way I posted in my original post to sell. I’m not protected and I’m not able to wait the 2-3-4 days. I’m taking the financial hit and risk he’s not able ro lose anything. It’s a fact.
