Includes install manual, mounting brackets and all cables. This unit mounts directly over the ball 9-10 ft high. We can help with layout and correct setup. You might have to hire Optishot to help calibrate once its setup. We bought this in 2019 to demo. We probably played 3-4 rounds on it and never used it again. Comes with 65 courses.
