I'm going to leave this up for a bit before putting it on eBay given I'd prefer a local sale. If anyone is within driving distance of the west TN/Memphis area this is a screaming deal.
This is a brand new projector pulled out of a golf simulator build given wanting to move the installation position after some room reconfiguration. It was not compatible with the existing screen position for that new mount location. Only 2 hours on the bulb. Check the specs at BenQ's site.
Includes box, manuals, power cable and unopened remote control and remote batteries.
