Hi - I have two items for sale as I'm redoing and expanding my current golf simulator room. Both in great condition, but I just upgraded to the new SkyTrak+ and expanded my room so need a bigger hitting mat.

Fiberbuilt 10' x 12' Combo Hitting & Putting Mat - $2500 OBO + Shipping or local pickup in Dallas. Excellent condition, less than 1 year old, purchased in July 2022. $3600 retail.
