- Less than 10 hours total used, perfect condition
- I can throw in 100 ft USB cable that is brand new (was used to connect to my simulator laptop)

Holy Grail 12"x30" hitting mat - Brand new and never used for $125.00
This is a long shot, but I have a huge roll (12'x15')of Money Putt turf I ordered from Gungho Golf. Brand New and still in the wrapping. I would have to be delivered or picked up so would have to be somewhat local, or buyer could arrange to ship it somehow, but I'd sell it for $600. Cost me over $1000 after it was shipped.
I used to be a golf professional and owned my own golf shop and had purchased these items to run a simulator in the winter. I ended up getting out of the golf industry and don't have a place for an in-home simulator yet so I'd like for these to go to a good home. I can send pictures of the Enclosure pieces, if needed (have it boxed up neatly at the moment)
