I recently upgraded to the a GCQuad, thus, I am looking to sell my GC3. No software will be included with sale of the unit.

Unit is unlocked and will provide ball data (Side Spin / Spin Axis) and club data (AoA / Path)

Buyer will be responsible for any fees required by Foresight to transfer the unit to your FSX account.

Unit selling for $4800, includes shipping.

No transfer fee because of no software to transfer. This is just the unit.

If the unit in unlocked, they charge 500$ to transfer, or the original owner I think can change email on the account for new owner.

i thought you could go in and UNREGISTER the device from your account which then makes the device not registered then someone else can register the device at no charge.

The device is not what is registered to a specific account. What is registered is the software from foresight. I can run the software from my registered account on either the GC3 or the Quad because the machine is not tied to the software. This GC3 does not require a subscription because it came unlocked from Foresight.

I’m in the market for a GC2 or GC3, but confused by this thread.

So no FSX software comes with the unit. Would you need to purchase FSX to use GSPro or TGC?

If so, what does the FSX software cost? And is there some sort of transfer fee?

Typically there are people who sell their license for the software which is always less than retail, however, there is a transfer fee associated with it. I can include FSX 2020, which includes 10 courses and a driving range, but the total will go up to $5000. FSX 2020 retails for $3k.

Still confused, but I’m also not smart.

Let’s assume you sell the unit as you originally intended, with NO software. What do I have to do to make this a functioning simulator for GSPro?
