For Sale: Selling simulator and all components (skytrak + TGC)

I set up a simulator last year but between kids and work, have no time to dedicate my time to golf. Probably hit less than 200 balls. Any advice on how to best sell simulator components? Advice on avoiding scams? I assume the cage and hitting mats are best to sell local only due to the size/weight? Will provide pictures soon, I can also provide the original receipts/order confirmations.
