I am located in Dayton, OH.

The Carl's Place Custom Pro Enclosure is 123" in height, 160.4" in width, and 24" deep. It comes with premium impact screen material. It also comes with Pipes for Pro Golf Simulator. I paid $4,720 for both of these items. Looking for $3,000

As for the 4x9 Fiberbuilt Studio Mat... I paid $1,349 for it. Looking for $675

BenQ LK936ST I paid $4,899 for it. Looking for $3,200

All of these items are about 1 year old. All with very little use. I am obviously taking a hit on all of these. Just trying to recoup some. Let me know if you have any questions.
