I sold the projector. $1100 on ebay.

I went with the BenQ LK936ST.

Personally I think 4K might be a little overkill for a golf simulator. I know there's a difference but it sure doesn't help me hit the ball any better.

We have enjoyed watching college basketball and movies on the big screen with the 4K projector and I can see a difference there and I think it is worthwhile. But if somebody was going to ask me if I can see the difference in 4K using GSPro while golfing I'd have to say I don't think it matters.

I'm not saying there's not a difference, but I think if you're golfing you're spending so much time thinking about golf and swinging and that kind of stuff that you don't really look at all the details in the trees and the grass and that kind of thing. There is a difference, I just don't think it makes a difference if you're a golfer.
