Selling my complete home golf simulator setup. I originally planned to part out the main electronics, but I would rather have someone take the entire system and be done with it.

You do not need a 14-foot-wide room to use this equipment.
The impact screen can be cut down to fit a narrower space. The putting turf can also be trimmed to whatever dimensions you need — I cut it myself when I originally installed it.
The 1" EVA flooring underneath is made from modular interlocking tiles, so it can simply be rearranged or reduced to fit a different room.
The curtain track is adjustable as well.
In other words, the dimensions of my installation do not need to match your room. Most of the physical build-out can be resized fairly easily.

This was a roughly $18K build, but I am not trying to recover anywhere close to that. I want my room back and would rather have one person take everything than spend weeks parting out screens, flooring, curtains, motors, mats, etc.
