Advice needed before purchase

Is 9000 for a gc2 with a HMT and the FSX software that is less than a year old still on first flash a good deal

I wouldn't consider it a bad deal at this time. Obviously price fluctuates depending on supply but more on demand so time of year plays a part. That said current used GC2 price is around $4200-4500. HMT's are just pretty rare to find used so much harder to price but I would put them around the same as a GC2. Then the software package is around 1k (can vary depending on how many courses). So seems like a good deal to me.
