2016 GC2/HMT for Sale

This unit was purchased brand new in May (GC2) and October (HMT). In perfect condition with all boxes/manuals and a hard case for the GC2. I've used it indoors only. Never hit with a ball. Im only selling as I have the GCQ coming in next month (I'm number 11 on the list) if it doesn't sell I'll just trade it in to Foresight.

Are you sure you #11 spot isn't dependent on a trade in? I got the impression from the offer that you had to trade your equipment in to lock in the pre-purchase. It may not be but I sure would make sure before pulling the tirgger on a sale.

I asked this when I was enquiring about a GCQ, and they were quite happy for me to give my GC2 to my father in-law. As I already own FSX, I'd have had to pay $12k for the GCQ.
The reason for the trade-in is to give their existing customers the first chance to own it.
There is also no discount from pre-ordering.

Personally I'm going to wait a little whilst before changing over so that I can be sure the GCQ has all its initial bugs worked out. Over the years I've found that early adopters often get a bum deal as the initial batch of launch items have problems... that haven't been spotted in testing!

There are 2 versions of FSX. An online one and a dongle one. If you have the online one, it will work with the GCQ. I don't need to buy it again.
If you have FR1, you can trade it in. Foresight said FSX would be their flagship software for many years to come.

i have FSX on my GC2 and it was given back to foresight for credit for the GCQ and a new issue was given to me with the new unit. My FSX is only two months old.

My rep told me I won't need to re-purchase FSX for a GCQ. Unless they give me a new version that works with a GCQ for free?

When they traded in your 2 month old version, did they charge you extra for the new one?

I hope I get this - I contacted the OP early on the 25th and soon after confirmed funds were ready to pay full asking price for both units - hope nobody beat me to it as I have two kids (and me) desperate to fine tune their game!

funny on the #11 you keep kicking out in your postings, so you're going to receive yours in front of all the companies such as titleist, taylormade, etc. Can't wait to see your S/N for the number 11.

No need to be snarky or jealous. That's what my rep told me when I paid for it on the first day it was announced. I was the 11th person to actually pay as my rep said he had over 250 emails with inquiries but few people actually had ponied up the cash. Im sure corporate accounts get priority however!

Jealous that's rich, Funny on that your purchase was done actually two days after announcement from your posting in a previous topic, and I purchased two days before announcement was ever made on 1/3/17, so I must be getting a S/N that is -11

I placed my deposit down this am for the GCQ. Trading in my GC2 and HMT which is a little less than a year old. I like the more portable unit that I can take to my club and/or the range. Granted, I could do it with my old unit but it's a bit of a pain as it's two separate pieces and kind of awkward to carry around. Plus the new unit is 50%more accurate on spin and getting 65% back on old electronics is a pretty good deal IMO.
