Xi Tour extra club detail accurancy

    Hi

I'm looking at purchasing an Xi Tour, but have some q's. One is whether you have to be 'super accurate' in the placement of the machine behind the ball and target (X3 gives you an area where you can place the ball, not a specific spot) and the second is how accurate the club data really is like face to path etc.

Any info or views would be really helpful. Thanks.

You have a width to place the ball between your target and the device. It's pretty generous. It's accurate on club data and accurate on ball data when used outside. Inside depends on flight distance.

I agree with mthunt. Outdoors it's much better. Indoors you need a good flight distance. It does not measure all club data as there is some calculation needed.
