Flightscope xi tour connection problems

I have an xi tour that I am having connection issues with. It takes forever to get from "connected"to" ready" then after I hit a couple or shots it will get stuck on connected for about a minute then go to "ready" .I can then hit shots with an inconsistent delay between shots .Sometimes a few seconds or sometimes 40 seconds to get to "ready".Sometimes it goes to "connecting" and then nothing happens .I then have to exit the vx app disconnect the WiFi, turn off the xi and restart everything again to connect,then the same crap happens.
I have tried everything .Turned off all other devices ,forgot all WiFi,changed up the way that I start up everything .Even changed al, the lights from LED to halogen.
Tried running the vx app with several different devices
Phoned Flightscope and they reinstalled all the firmware.
What devices are you guys running the vx app with?
Any ideas before I drop hundreds sending this in for repair?

I'm having a similar problem, but mine disconnects after a minute. (I also have an unlocked xi+) I have to turn off the flightscope and torn wifi off and on with my tablet, then it works again. Sometimes it works fine for a long as i need it.

I will add that I've had battery issues as well. Plugged in, it's fine. But unplugged I often have to take the battery out and put it back in, then it works fine.

I should probably just buy the repair package that flightscope offers to get it taken care of. But I was hoping someone on here had figured out what the issue was .

Download and run WiFi analyser.There is probably a competing WiFi signal on the same channel as the fs.Flightscope can change this remotely. If it is your home WiFi that is on the same channel ,turn it off and see if it fixes the problem.

The fixing solution for the WIFI problem of X2, Xi all series.

Since X2 and Xi all series are using Wifi 2.4G weak signal, we always found the dropped wifi connection with Ipad. However, I can fix this problem by using an old Wifi access point and config it as a REPEATER mode to extend/increase the 2.4G(802.11b/g/n) Flightscope signal.

For my home, I put my old Wifi access point near the flightscope Xi tour, and set my access point to Repeater mode and repeat only 2.4G Flightscope SSID(Xi-0420) signal.

I have been using it for a week and never got any signal drop.

I have no idea what I can do.
Can you explain maybe? A little instruction please?
Where are the settings to do it with my iPad because I have the same problems with my iPad pro1 and my xitour. At home works very good but outside on the range its freezing all few shots.
