    Mevo+ Firmware Upgrade Issue

    Hey

    I'm new to the forum as I just got into golf simulators a couple weeks ago when my Mevo+ arrived. Everything was easy to setup and worked great until last night when I was prompted by the app to do a firmware upgrade. I started the process, the app stated it would only take a couple minutes but it has been like that for hours and hasn't finished.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Just wondering if this is something to worry about or if I can just cancel the process and try again.

      I checked this morning, the FS Golf indicated that a firmware was downloaded but didn't specified if it's for the Mevo+ or X3, indicated I need to connect the device to the app to find out (which was already connected). After fiddling for a couple of minutes, the main FS Golf screen finally popped up with a firmware update message, I hit OK, heard the Mevo+ beep a couple of times and that was it. The Mevo+ never disconnected from the FS Golf app and my Wifi connection to it remained. Checked the firmware version and it's still .08. Tried to download the firmware via the app again, it kept indicating a firmware was downloaded but nothing else ever happen.
      I've disconnected, restarted the Mevo+, reconnected and still showing the firmware being on .08.

          I got my firmware update sorted out.
          I called FS support and they said it should finish very quickly, less than a minute. They had me close the app then try again. Same results. They recommended I keep trying and call back if I was still having issues.
          It ended up being the iphone that I was running the app on. I switched to an iPhone 10 that was running the same iOS version 12 and it worked perfectly.

              What does your current versions showing up as?
              Not sure if this is the .09 firmware or just the AVR update. After fiddling with it (connect/disconnect), the message indicating a successful update finally appeared but I don't see any changes to the versions.

              Mine is currently:
              AVR Version (0.21)
              DSP Version (0.08)

                  Mine is now AVR V .21 and DSP V .08

                  The update I just performed was for the AVR, was V .20 before I started.
