.09 Firmware Release Update

Great news for Mevo+ owners. I know I ton of people have been sending me messages and asking so I figured I would give an update. The developers just informed me that the .09 firmware is almost ready. Looks like it will include updates outside of putting as well! The Flightscope team is clearly working hard to perfect things.

Yes, it made a massive difference on my unit. I’ve been testing the beta version. I can’t begin to tell you the difference. FS has done an amazing job.

Yes, I did. It was beyond reasonable. Patience was of the utmost importance. It’s a difficult time and they were lacking in tech availability, so I do understand.

In what way is it making a huge difference? Overall accuracy?

I was having issues with right spin axis when hitting right of target line. That has been fixed. Accuracy overall seems better. I am using a Skytrak to compare, so some numbers are hard to compare, like ST HLA which is weak.

a98cr125 Yesterday I had time for a few rounds on TGC2019 with my mevo+. First time since a few weeks. What really frustrates me is that it just wouldn't read long putts over like 30 feet. They seem to work for the first few holes I play and then on the 3rd or 4th hole they stop working for the session. I have to chip on the green almost every hole. Only putts up to 20 feet it reads all the time. Does that have anything to do with the putting threshold in the settings ? Is it a known issue or do I have setup or hardware issues ? I really love the freedom with my mevo+ but putting and short chips drive me nuts.

Yes it does. I bumped my fast putting threshold up to 40 and have had no issues.

Regardless of the system, not going to lie, I chip some 60ft putts!! Why not, Gary Woodland did on a Pebble Beach green during the US Open, Why can't we in sim golf? Works great vs guess some massive put and break

Any day. They just told me it was almost complete. It will be for more than just putting.
