Will Mevo+ work with this setup

Hi, I have tried to research the Mevo plus to the best of my abilities, but am still not sure, if it is suitable for my setup. I hope someone can help out.
My setup in the yard is basically a frame with nets hanging on the inside. form the mat to the net is 8 feet, and from the mat to a tree behind is 8 feet (pictures below). Does this look like something that would work with Mevo+? I read that the 8 feet limit is for 'short indoor', but this is outdoor. Will Mevo+ be able to read shots with just a net in front of a hedge? Will the greenhouse to the side, potentially disturb the unit (I heard something about a misplaced club can interfere), and worse yet: Is a metal frame a problem? I am thoroughly confused I appreciate any help/experience anyone can provide. Thanks.

I'm not sure about a mevo but if that doesn't work a skytrak should work fine for that setup. Skytraks outdoor issues are when it's in direct sunlight. But it looks like you have plenty of shade from that tree that it should be fine.

I have looked at that as well, but just drawn to Mevo+ due ot its other features. Thanks though.

Eibsen, if you look at my past posts you will see that my set up in several ways is like yours. I have a mevo+ and although I have had to make some tweaks to my set up I have been overall very happy with the unit. I I had to go with a yes or no answer I think a mevo+ would work for you. Have you called Flightscope support and spoken to them? They are very helpful. I am sure they would ask you to send photos of your set up from various angles and they could give you a more definitive answer. The number is 407 614-5909. Good luck

With regards to you putting setup. I guess you put left of where you have aligned the Mevo+ (maybe the same for you iron shots) - does that make a difference? For some reason I though you always had to set up the ball exactly on the alignment path.

How much space do you have from the mat to the back of the net? The setting will be short indoor even if you’re outdoors, but ai ask because although Flightscope recommends a minimum of 8 ft, some users have had issues with driver with less than 10.

Your setup is similar to mine, but I’m a little farther from the enclosure and it isn’t as deep. My unit will come in sometime in July (fingers crossed)

9 feet from the middle of the mat, but this bit also concerns me a bit. Because I really do not have any spare room here - there is either a hedge that needs to go (angry neighboor) or a cherry tree that has to go (angry wife). A bit of a rock and a hard place situation.

Unless you have a potentially unhealthy level of affection for your neighbour, the choice doesn't seem particularly difficult.

You were right - they were very helpful by phone, and things should be ok. Could you comment on how you align with regards to driving vs. putting? If you play a course how do you do that? Or do you practice either driving, irons or putting, and realign between each?
