    Putting with Mevo+

Ordered the Mevo+ with expected delivery in November and still planning build. From what I’ve researched putting from the Filberbuilt mat is not satisfactory. I’ll be using their insert on a stance mat that is a good putting surface with a 2’ wide strip 10’ to the screen. Is the radar window at 7’ (Flightscope recommended distance from ball to Mevo+ for putting) able to pickup putts if I move off the FB insert, which would be around 8”?

here's setup guidelines. from all i can tell, there's no guarantee anything will work until you try it, though

Based on the graphic I should be ok, so we’ll see. Thanks for the help.

I have found the putting on the Mevo+ to be very challenging. I'm confident that I have some sort of interference issue, that I'm trying to resolve. If there is any downhill putt at all, no matter how hard I hit the putt, it goes about 30 feet past the hole. I'm getting a lot of no-reads as well.

I've heard others have the same issue, and they're able to resolve it somehow.

I was also having issues putting. Short putts would not pick up. long putts had speed issues. After looking for some advice on the forum. I came to a conclusion. The follow through messes up the reading of slow shots. In order to get decent putting, you will have to really shorten your follow through and basically ground your club after impact. I was able to putt numerous putts of 5 feet distance after discovering this. Same thing goes for chipping. Although the chipping seems harder to use this method than putting.

Putting is so inconsistent for me. Sometimes it works really well and then I get 4 - 5 no reads in a row. I just said forget about it and am doing auto putt
