So I finally got to test a Flightscope with my Swing Speed. I'm usually around 135mph but I can crank it up to 145mph if I want to kill it. For the last month, I've been having an issue with ball speed and didn't know why. The Mevo showed me that part of my issue is that I'm coming across the ball. I also suspect that I'm decelerating to "hit" the ball at the bottom. I'm uploading pictures from both the Mevo+ and X2.

That smash factor is so low. 120mph "radar" swing speed will produce a 180mph ball speed on a direct hit. 1.50 smash is the goal. First picture has upward AOA of 6.5 degrees up and a left path of 6.8 degrees which is amplified approx 3 degrees more left when swinging upwards. What makes you think that you are decelerating at the bottom? Shame to waste all of that club speed with compromised delivery characteristics. 135mph club should be able to produce Bryson numbers at 200mph ball speed.

Basically what Diggitydog said...
You have some crazy fast club head speed. But your ball speeds are low relative to that club speed. You're leaving ball speed and distance on the table.
According to the official PGA Tour stats, Bryson is averaging 133 club head speed for his measured drives this season, which has translated to an average ball speed of almost 193. His smash factor is among the lower on Tour at around 1.44 (understandable given how hard he's swinging). In practice, Bryson gets to 140 to 145 club head speed and over 200 ball speed.
With your club head speed, you should also be touching or at least approaching 200 ball speeds. As noted above, your smash factors are really low. Where on the face on you hitting it? Is it a consistent miss?
If you start centering that contact with that speed, you might hit 350 carry.

I’m getting with a long drive coach. Yesterday afternoon I was able to get better results. He said what I was doing was flipping the club and it was killing my ball speed because of spin. I’m going to practice hitting “through the ball” and not at it. I’m up to 190s but he still says I got a lot of flip.
