    Mevo+ current version

How do you find the current version the Mevo+ is running? The last time I connected through FS Golf I had an update pending, so I loaded the update. The only info I find is AVR 0.27 and DSP 0.12. I've seen posts that the latest update is ver.16, but I find nothing like that on FS Golf. I'm probably missing something simple but I have no idea where to find the current version or how to get it if I'm not running the current update.

DSP is the firmware I'm told.

I downloaded DSP 0.16 after seeing email from FS and prompt from my FS golf app... had 8 holes on E6 connect before issues started arising. Chips not being seen ( 10 or 12 in a row) then all drives showing massive pull to the left despite being hit slightly to the right... So frustrating for me..I would say stay with your present firmware as it is likely a lot more stable than this version.

If your having issues with the updates call FS support and let them know. The more information and feedback they get the faster they will address the issues. Don’t rely on emails and the feedback function as the feedback function does not help with E-6, TGC19 and other sim software. Best of luck.

Here's what I've found in the latest firmware/DSP update (0.16):
          • "Phantom putting" in E6 Connect (iOS) - happens when the ball is over 27ft from the pin (happens in a round of golf or on the practice areas). Inside of 27 feet, the putting experience seems to have improved quite a bit
          • Chipping still has the occasional "sky high" reading
          • Device disconnects from E6 Connect sporadically - this requires a unit restart to reconnect
          • Driver does seem a little left bias - even when setting up for a massive fade, but ball will try to draw a little
There was a recent Mevo+ 0.16 firmware update review done by Scott Hogan Golf (today) that outlines the aforementioned items as well (minus Driver bias). Here is the link for those interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCiP7SoHvrs

Also, I've chatted with FS support and they are planning on releasing another firmware update hopefully by the end of this month - no guarantees and I don't know if these issues are specifically addressed.

I would agree with Shankz - call FS support and let them know if you're experiencing anything. The more information they have, the better it is for engineering and the next update!

Last time the issues were severe enough for FS support to publish a rollback version so if the same thing is going on perhaps we won’t have to wait till the end of the month.

I just got my Mevo+ and so am new to the unit but I am on the 0.16 Firmware and I do notice that the short chipping is pretty much non-existent. Has this not always been the case? I'm talking about the short bump and run or flops. I found that I have to move my matt back to about 4-5' from Mevo+ and then get a carry distance of at least 10' to get the chip to read. I assumed this was something I would just have to live with but am more optimistic if this is something that could be fixed with a firmware update. Shortes chips I can do are roughly around 25-30'.

Sounds like you got a unit that isn't compatible with .16 firmware. My understanding is that the update at end of month should fix this. I have mine on firmware .12 and have good success chipping. I downloaded .16, saw how bad it was, and then called FS to roll me back to .12. You may want to do the same to get some enjoyment from your new unit until month end.

Have not tried out the mevo+ since the last update. Hopefully in the next day or so I will be at the range and can give it a go.
