Views on Flightscope X2 Elite for a garage sim

    Hello All.
The sim hardware world has moved a lot recently. This has led to some of the older tech being available for good prices. In particular, I am talking about the Flightscope X2 (elite).
I have a garage sim with Skytrack and TCG2019 and I am pretty happy. The ability to add club path/face angle would be a massive improvement, however.
My sim space is 6 metres long (19' 8) long. I use it for 70% practice and 30% sim - hence the attraction of club data.
When playing on the sim, I always use auto putt.

I read contracting views on the Flightscope however.
Some say it is great, some say it is useless indoors. Assuming I am not worried about putts, what is the reality?
If it can't handle low chips of <10ft, that's fine, but I'd like to be able to chip 10ft and above.

    What's the thought out there?
Club data for about 6k$ used seems really nice. I think X2 integrates with TGC, but let me know if I am wrong.

    Thanks all

I believe that it does integrate with tgc19, but you will have to set autoputt always for it to work. Not sure what the performance is like for chipping.

Thanks - not interested in putting at all. Always have the autoputt on. The fact I could get club data measured is a real plus - for Face and Path it seems an older X2 elite would be a good value option. The only other options are X3, Trackman, Quad (all to expensive), GC2HMT (and the very expensive software) or a fixed unit like Unneekor.

Flightscope X3 with E6 software, how does it compare with other simulators

Anyone using their Flightscope X3 with the E6 software indoors. I am wondering how reliable it is compared to other simulators?

I have a x2 (not the elite) and works perfect in my garage which is 18ft from unit to screen on short indoor mode. I currently only have ipad running the apps and e6 connect, but works awesome. Chips of about 5 ft are kind of frustrating but everything else works awesome. I love the set up and super easy to take down and set up. After having the club data, I couldn't go back to not having it since I am the same, practice mostly with a little sim play for fun. Autoputting is fine since sim putting is terrible to begin with and not realistic. I would say go for it you will love it!!!

Thanks! Appreciate the advice. Now see if I can get my hands on one. There are some bargains out there.
