E6 Error Message - No Internet Connection

Just received my Mevo+ a few days ago and I’m really impressed with the device so far. It came with .12 firmware and I’m having no issues with short chips/putts. Putting overall is working better than expected - very little no reads and misreads/ghost putting occurs maybe 1 out of 10 but if I have my no-dot ball set up and take my stance prior to e6 loading the view of the putt - that essentially goes away. Distance from mevo to ball at 7ft and ball to screen is 10.5ft. I’m a 115-120mph driver swing speed and I am finding that my distances are very accurate. I wanted to post a positive story for those that are on the fence.

Anyways, one issue I’m guessing is common is the “no internet connection” error message that shows up during a round when playing without internet connection on iPad - since the iPad is tied to the mevo+ WiFi. Is there a way to get rid of it? Photo attached. I start E6 while connected to my home WiFi and get everything ready to play golf. Then disconnect from home WiFi and connect my iPad Pro 1st gen to the mevo+. E6 detects the mevo+ and then I’m good to start the round. Everything works fine except that error message is quite annoying on the left side of the screen. I hope there is a way to get rid of it! Thanks in advance for any help.

Had the same problem and I think I went into settings on the iPad and for e6 set it to Allow e6 to access: Local network. I hope that was the fix. I was flailing a bit...

I looked at that this evening and my iPad already had that set up as the default. Appreciate the suggestion though Darren. The troubleshooting continues.

Maybe you help me as well. When I go to setting on my iPad as your picture shows E6 is no listed. FS Golf and FS Skills is there but no E6. It’s on my iPad and I use it.

I am having the same issue. Think it could be related to unlocking the online feature by buying the subscription?

I’ve tried everything to remedy the error and that’s all I could come up with.

Go into your profile and change your setting to stay logged in. It’s under the pencil icon and then open the security tab. It worked for me.
      • Launch E6 Connect while your iOS device is connected to the internet.
      • Go to play golf and log into you profile.
      • Once on the roster, all the way to the right of your profile click on the pencil icon.
      • This brings you to the profile settings page. Click the security tab on the left hand side.
      • Click Stay Logged In on the right and click ok to the security message that pops up.
      • You will end up back on the profile settings page, please click the green accept tab to complete this process.
