I set up my Mevo last night and played 2 rounds on TGC. I am glad to say I didn't have too many issues. The numbers I was getting from irons and woods seemed pretty good and I only saw bad shots when I hit a bad shot. Putting is a bit of a challenge. I have done some research and I messed with the setup some. I got putts to work better but wouldn't call the issue resolved. I had a few occurrences of phantom putting. I would be doing something to set up a putt or pick up the ball i just hit and the machine would read a putt that was not hit. I hear that the machine is prone to do this more when its plugged in to charge. I will have to try it without the charging cable hooked up and see how that works. I have some questions for those that play TGC on there. How can you play the game live? The Mevo unit has a network and the computer has to be on that network right? Also an issue with the game is that the title screen seems to be cut off a bit on the right side. The options like online societies and things on that side of the screen look cut off a bit. Is this normal?

The part about the menu screen being "cut off" is normal. Use the nav bar at the top to scroll the screen over for the additional menu options. -
connect ur computer via ethernet cable to internet, or if u don't have ethernet, use phone bluetooth for internet connection. then connect via wifi to mevoComment

I will have to tear up a lot of stuff to run ethernet to the computer. To clarify I am talking about setting up to play TGC live. I can't connect to wifi networks to my computer at once. My phone network can't connect to my PC if my Mevo is connected to it. My understanding is that getting a wifi adapter will allow me to be connected to both things at once. I guess I will soon find out

I got mine earlier this week and have had the same experience so far. Running firmware 0.12 and using iPad. Full shots very accurate. Chipping is good, even short chips <10ft. Putting has been inconsistent on reads in e6. It will read them but distance consistency is not there. Need to experiment more. I also have the same ghost putting issue every once in awhile when setting up the putt.Comment
