I ha e set up the Mevo and the things seems to work really well with irons and woods. I am getting some phantom putting. Anytime the simulator chooses a putter the unit reads a putt that didn’t happen. There isn’t a ball there. If I am on the tee and I accidentally club down to putter it will read a putt. Also the unit has been needing resetting multiple times per round. Is there a firmware update out there that helps? Where do you go to get updates? Any help is much appreciated.

What software are you using when you get the ghost putting? You get firmware updates through the FS Golf app. When you connect to the radar via the Mevo+ WIFI signal and then open the FS Golf app it will prompt you to update the Firmware if you don't have the latest version. To find out what version you have just click the settings in the FS Golf app and then "Radar Settings". The firmware version is at the bottom under DSP version.
The ghost putting is common with DSP versions 0.15 and 0.16. I personally have the best results with putting and chipping using 0.12. You would need to contact Flightscope by phone to have them roll you back to 0.12.-
I have the 0.16 on mine. I will reach out to FS and see if there is an earlier version which will work better. Is there no issues with the .12? -
I think most people are running with 0.12 right now. It's definitely not devoid of issues but for a lot of people it offers the fewest issues. For me, I find it works very well for all driver and iron shot reads, chipping and putting work well with the odd mis-read. If you use a ball without a metallic dot for chipping and putting it helps a lot. I found it also takes a bit of time to really understand putting speed and chipping feel. There are no ghost putts, either.

I'm on 0.16 as well, seeing the same putting issue in TGC2019, however no issue on E6 Connect. I've been wanting to get back on the tour but I can't due to the terrible putting w/ Mevo+ & TGC2019.

Wait until you can downgrade to .12. If you still have phantom putts your m+ is picking up on something in the room that is moving. FS Customer support can he’ll you narrow down what it is. Most culprits are fans inside electronics.Comment

definitely look into contacting them to downgrade to 0.12. In my setup, I was getting 100% ghost putting with my garage heater and projector running. They were causing interference. Before I tried anything that cost money, I downgraded from 0.16 to 0.12 and now have very little issue with putting. I was really close to making a faraday cage and getting a fanless heater, but i'm glad I checked the free things first.Comment
