    Just bought a used xi plus taylormade edition. Prior to ordering the rep I talked To said there was a tracking issue. The person I bought it from said no issue but only used outside. I’m using mine in short indoor mode and it only picking up about a quarter of my shots. It’s aligned and tilted correctly so I’m assuming there is a tracking issue. I got the unit for $2000 so I’m not surprised honestly. Has anyone gotten and required technical support from flightscope? And if so, how is it? I have 3 days to decide whether I want to return this unit or not

    flightscope support is generally good, i'm not sure of these taylormade units though
