Putting with firmware 0.17 - props to 24/7 Golf

24/7 Golf posted a video on short and long putts with v0.17. Looks promising let's see what everyone else says after the update.

If the results for me are similar it will make TGC a lot better. I can't be competitive with the chipping and putting issues that I deal with. 2 shots to the green and 5 more to get in the hole make for a pretty bad round.

Did you have any problems before? Is there anything you think has improved?

Ghost putting is gone and all putts were read. Short and long.

Had some issues with putting on v17 (wouldn't trigger, when it did the ball barely went anywhere). Called to report and got rolled back to v12.

Everything else, esp Chipping seemed solid.

Jake what kind of set up do you need for a rollback? Has it changed or do you still need a dual WiFi setup?

It seems the success of the 0.17 update is based on what Firmware the user upgraded from. It sounds like units that were running 0.16 are experiencing success while units that were running 0.12 are having issues. In other words, if you were successfully running 0.12 you probably don't want to update but if you were running 0.16 you do.
