E6 Connect latest update v1.7.3 - measurement stuck in meters

Has anyone else updated E6 Connect on iPad to the latest version 1.7.3 that was released last night? I updated the app and upon firing it up this morning, noticed that all distances were in meters. Thinking I could change this easily, I went to Settings > System Config > Measurement and to my surprise, the only option available is “Unused”?? Basically, I can’t change to YARDS.

Now, I’m stuck having to convert the distance on every shot from meters to yards using a calculator on my phone.

I've submitted a ticket with E6, but given they're a M-F shop, I don't expect an answer until next week. Beware if you're iPad is set up to auto-update apps!

If anyone knows of a way to roll back an iPad app to a prior version, please let me know. Thanks

I got the same problem,tried deleting and reinstalling the app...no luck!

I am in the same boat. My best suggestion right now is just multiply by 3.

Multiply by 3? Glad you aren't my caddy lol. JK An easy way is just to add 10%. So 100 meters is 110 yards. 130 meters is 143 yards. 160 meters is 176 yards. Etc. It's not 100% exact but it will get you within a yard or two and doesn't require a calculator.

FYI: I opened a ticket with support. Apparently they are aware of this issue. Here is their response :

“We are just discovering this issue, and will be investigating. Unfortunately, iOS does not allow users to simply roll back. Look for an update soon.”

Another related issue I just logged with support is with Custom Elevation (which I was really excited they finally added)....

If you got to set a custom elevation: Settings -> Environment -> Elevation -> Custom Elevation, then set an elevation its in METERS, but after selecting Accept, the summary displays the selection in FEET, and its not clear which its actually using for the game?

Also when setting the Custom Elevation, you can't enter a specific number, using the arrows jumps up/down by ~150-200 units or so at a time.

I have the same issue on my iPad. Also the wind meter is sitting on top of the hole yardage. Is this happening to anyone else? I noticed that it appears to be ok on the computer version as the wind meter is above the yardage.

Yep, I updated the app this morning and all 3 measurement options appear in Settings.

So..I did the latest update, version 1.7.4.0. I only have Golf Settings and Environment Settings for my Flightscope Mevo+ on E6 connect, IOS. Not sure if anyone else has this issue. 1.7.3.0 had everything working including the camera alignment but everything was in meters. The update fixed the meters but I lost all my settings. When we play closest to the pin E6 alternated shots between players, now you have to hit all your shots and then the next player goes. Anyway, I opened a help ticket.
