    Connection Mevo+, Ipad, Iphone, TV

    Hi
I want to use the Mevo+ in the following outdoor setup:

    - Iphone to record the students' swings.
    - Ipad to control FSGolf software
    - A Smart TV or monitor in front of the students to let them see what I see on the Ipad

Mevo+ makes its own WLAN so I can connect the Iphone and Ipad with it.
But how can I connect the TV to the Ipad without using cables?

    thx 4 helping

Not possible off the top of my head. Only way to share iPad on tv is through wifi. Since iPad is connected to m+ wifi the iPad can't connect to other wifi.

Only way would be through HDMI from iPad to tv

Thanks for your answer. But what about screen mirroring? I have read that screen mirroring doesn't use wifi but a similar techniqe (miracast). Would that be a possibility and has anyone tried that yet?

The flightscope support just wrote to me that the mevo+ can only connect to 1 single unit.
I thought I could record the swing with an Ipad an look at the data in the FS Golf software on an Ipad at the same time. Is tere really no way?

You can record video directly using the FS golf application and you will also have synchronized data available. In addition, the video is saved with all the data.

Thanks for posting this. Quick question - I know how to record my video; but how did you add those data blocks ( carry, speed etc)? Did you add them post session, or do you have to set up before you started? Either way, where is that option? Thanks for any advice

See attached files (Data Blocks). You can choose which data do you want to see.

Thanks 4 the reply, Mirek. Yes, I know. but as far as I know that is only possible with the built in camera of the mevo+. And as the camera sits down on the floor, the angles for the analysis are not correct. Camera should be positioned at hight of an behind the golfer's hands in setup position.. Therefore I wanted to record with a correctly positioned Iphone. The external Camera/phone also makes 240fps instead of 60 (I think the mevo can only record 60fps)
Or did you mean that what you suggested is also possible with an external camera/mobile phone?

In the Mevo menu, you can choose between the Mevo camera or the iPhone camera (assuming you're running the app on the iPhone).

You can use both cameras on the iphone or iPad or the internal Mevo+ camera. You can make the change during the session.

iOS devices require a local WiFi network for screen mirroring - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250273602
