Mevo + PC TGC 2019 can’t find device

Enjoy this community and I need some help?.

Purchased a new laptop running on Windows 10. Downloaded flight scope and tgc program apps, and when I go into the flight scope console app, it will not find my M2- unit. My laptop wifi finds and connects to the unit every time but will not show up in the device drop down tap to connect. I make sure the flightscope console is not running in the background and is closed before I try.
I notice that the unit has all green lights across the top.

    Thanks in advance

Hm that's a new one for me. Can't recall seeing all green lights but it sounds like you're doing everything correctly. Fastest solve would be to call FS support. They're amazing and will get it sorted out.

Thanks. Spoke with them today. They assisted in figuring it out. Live in Canada and Bell is my service provider. The mevo and bell use the same IP address therefor need to change home plan to a small business plan in order to change to a dynamic IP address. I hope this assists others.

FYI for you on this, the Mevo+ uses a specific IP and subnet, Mevo+ uses 192.168.2.0 network, Bell routers use the same subnet for home internet. This is not the "outside" IP, its the internal subnet that runs your home network. The Mevo+ cannot be changed its a static IP (means it never changes), if you speak to Bell support again and tell them you want to change your internal subnet on the Bell home router from the 192.168.3.0 network to the 192.168.4.0 network they can walk you through this over the phone. It has nothing to do with your "home" internet plan, them telling you that you need to upgrade to small business plan is not the solution. If you have a friend that knows anything about computers/networking, they could make the change to the 192.168.4.0 network in about 2 minutes.

I do these types of activities all day, I'm a network engineer for a logistics company. It should take the Bell tech 5 minutes to walk you through changing your internal IP subnet. They can likely do this remotely via remote access to your router. Honestly 5 minutes at max.

It will have no impact on your day to day network operation of your home internet.

    Good luck.
