  • How to get my Mevo+ to run on mains??

I suddenly cannot get my Mevo+ to run from the mains adapter or power bank. Does anyone know why?

Previously I was plugging the Mevo in to the wall plug and switching it on at the wall then waiting for the lights to blink blue then red then back to blue again and then I would turn the unit on by the power button on the mevo+ as instructed by a few youtube videos I had seen. This seemed to work before I could have the mevo on for hours and no problem.
But now it just doesn't run from the external power and drains the battery til dead.

Has anyone else foud a solution for this?

Any help would be great need to get it back on external power so not limited to an hour and half play time

Maybe you have a bad charger. It's possible it produces enough current to charge the battery but not power the Mevo+ on it's own. I think the cable is unique from other micro-usb cables as it's for a Rasberry Pi but the chargers itself should be generic. Other than a different USB converter I'd try removing/replacing the battery. Maybe call Flightscope for suggestion as well. Good luck.

Thanks I am using the charger block and cable which came with it. Maybe it is faulty as it used to work ok
