Just thought I'd introduce myself on my 1st post. I am based in Scotland and after much review and comparing reviews and user experiences. I have eventually pulled the trigger and bought a flightscope Xi. (on order - coming from South Africa on 7 -14 delivery)
I have bought it for personal use and game improvement for myself. have had some experience of using various launch monitors e.g. Flightscope X2 and Trackman but only during lessons with a Golf Pro and thought the data returned was fantastic for understanding and improving your swing.
I did consider a GC2 but was not keen on where it is located and having owned a ES14 I find the worry of a bad shot or Shank off-putting when setting up to the ball. One bad shot could wreck $10000 of equipment.. I Love the fact that the Flightscope sits behind the and out of view and out of mind.
The choice between the Xi and Xi plus was more difficult though!
