Flightscope Xi+ Best Android Tablet?

Flightscope Xi+ Owners:
Can anyone recomment the best Android tablet that wil lwork with the Android Flightscope Xi+ App? What Android tablets are you guys using?

I bought a HUDL2 Tablet (Bargain at £129)running Android Kitkat 4.4 and it is not cmpatible with Xi+ APP but is ok with Xi Skills although the specs suggest that it should be.
I could root the tablet and force an install but would rather get a tablet that is going to be compatible.

I have a Samsung Tab 4. I think it's a good choice. Cheap, not top of the line, but more than enough horsepower to handle the Flightscope apps.

It's brand name, so quality is great. I have samsung phones/TV...etc. everything works nicely together. Added bonus.

I'd go with the cheapest name brand model you can find that runs the latest andriod required for your desired app. I spent about $150 on mine new off craigslist. Great investment.

Just curious how you output the Tab4 to your projector. Is it an HDMI or wireless connection?

I use a screen mirroring app (my tablet is rooted) and connect it to my PC.

PC mirrors screen and is connected to projector.

Can work bluetooth, wireless, or wired.

Ok, good to know. Can it be run stand alone (without PC) and just run the Skills app? Or do you require a PC because of other things?

I used my PC since I already have it connected to projector for simulation software.

I know there are adapters that allow projection from an android tablet, but I know that it also depends on the app itself whether it will allow that. Don't know about this.
