This is driving me a little crazy... I have TGC2019 and Mevo+ and I can get putting working really well but for some reason it simply stops reading putts after a random number of shots. Sometimes I can put 20 times in a row without fail then it simply stops and I can't get any more putts to read. I can change to range and hit balls fine but putting simply stops until I restart or 'airplane'. It's very random. Has anyone else had an issue like this?

I had a reasonably long troubleshooting session with Flightscope this morning and I'm getting better(not perfect) results now. I have generally left my unit plugged in at all times and it appears that might cause issues. When I unplugged the unit everything was fine for 20 seconds (all normal lights) then powered off as if the battery had died. I powered it back on and the battery was 93%. I used FS Skills and TGC2019 with no issue, TGC read about 75-80 of putts and all iron shots. I sent a 10 shot raw data session to Flightscope for analysis just in case. The takeaway for me is reboot Mevo on a regular basis and maybe use a battery pack instead of AC when possible. Flightscope was great to work with and I give their support Engineer an A.

Hi rjHeard I found the following helps
Use the metallic dot anyway even if it's not needed. I think it helps.
set the default gimme puts to 5 foot. Under this is a bit of a disaster.
Finally I find with 5 ft to 8 ft putts works best when you bring the ball closer to the Mevo to about 6 feet and roll the ball all the way to screen

Though probably completely unrelated, I had a similar problem recently during a chipping practice session. Then I realized that my ipad was also connected to the Mevo+. Maybe it was connected the whole time, while I was playing TGC 2019 with my PC. (So connected to both devices at same time) Not sure. Anyways, I disconnected the ipad and so far had no issues since.

This is funny, because I have used TGC2019 with Mevo+ without fail for over a year without the putting setup. Now I have setup putting-- updated my setting for straight putt, put putting mat next to my hitting mat, then started to practice putting and all of a sudden.... disconnect after disconnect! I have never had this issue before. either its coincidence or the disconnects is somehow linked to putting
