It sounds silly but is the unit powered on, did you connect to it in your Wi-Fi?

Yes, it’s on. When I switch to flightscope app it works fine. I should say, the E6 screen is showing like normal and like it’s ready

I do not have any experience, just from what I have read. I have MEVO plus on the way! I have read that you can only have one app open at a time. Could this be the problem?

You have to connect and configure the Mevo+ to e6 in the settings. It doesn't automatically connect. Also I think with the free 5 courses you need to bind the iPad to that license in the e6 portal on their website. I don't remember all the steps, but it wasn't a simple turn on a play with e6.

Yeah, you need to create an account with E6, then activate the included iOS license key (written on a card that came with the Mevo+) to your account and bind it to the device you want to use. (you can always change the binding to another iOS device, but is limited to being bound to 1 device at a time)

If there's a possibility you'll sell the Mevo at some point, you might consider making a dummy email account for the e6 license so you can include it with the launch monitor because it's otherwise non-transferable. That's what I did.

Figured it out, had to go into the E6 portal and unbind the license then activate the license. thanks
