Mevo Plus putting only reading from 3 feet ball to mevo plus

I finally got my sim built previously just going to range. I was playing a course but when I got to putting It was not reading the putts from 7 foot ball to mevo+. It was reading everything else, drives, irons, and chips. I then moved the ball about 3 feet from mevo+ and it started reading. If I have to putt like this that’s ok just have to modify my putting strip but really would like to putt 7 to 6 feet ball to mevo+. Any suggestions. FYI I was using the new RCT ball great results on everything else.TIA

Were you using RCT balls for putting? What firmware? I'm getting great putting results on firmware v19 and putting from 6.5 feet from m+ ball with no metal on it. In firmware v18 I was putting from 3 from m+ using ball with no metal in it
