Mevo+ Alignment - Horizontal Bar

Hi! First time poster ... I tried to search to see if this had been addressed previously and did not see it. In the photo of the Mevo+ alignment, there is a horizontal red bar. I have circled it in blue. Should that be aligned with the top of the hitting mat or the floor? If it makes any difference, it is a Fiberbuilt hitting mat. Thanks.

It's the hitting area - you should hit a ball from in that area. It's two dimensional (you can see it looks like a rectangular area), but since the camera is near the ground, it looks like a line.
