Data sync question

I use my Mevo+ at the driving range connected to an iPad Pro.

When I get home, I connect to Wi-Fi and sometimes the data syncs with myFlightscope, I just can’t figure out the process for forcing the sync if you know what I mean?
How does everyone else do this?

I can't figure it out myself. Sometimes it does without me even syncing back to wifi. Sometimes it's synced half a session, and I come back a few days later and it's all up there. It's really, really, really weird.

I've had success with selecting Review Lesson, and in the top right Select Lesson(s) and selecting the ones that arent Syncd, and then on the top left it says Re-Sync, and then leaving the App open a while on the house wifi.
