I receive the email today from flightscope indicating the mevo+ fusion tracking firmware will be released tomorrow and am FS golf app update will come 2/1 to enable it.

Tried the new firmware this morning with a quick range session in TGC19. Hit some shots with 7 & 8 irons, something seems way off with the AOA. It doesn't register half the time, before DSP.20 the AOA registered with just about every shot. Shots are also fading way more than I normally hit, even knowingly closing the club head to force a draw/hook.
Taking these numbers with a grain of salt until next week when Fusion is fully implemented.

I think there may be some issues with accurate reads until the Fusion is fully implemented. I'm not sure why they would release it this way.

there may be a few bugs, I was getting no reads on putting but couldn’t align my unit before my round. I am on with flight scope support at the moment because in TGC 2019 the camera calibration wouldn’t launch. The support has been very responsive.

i had my ability to align the camera in TGC19 stop working this week. Was it a big fix?

It’s resolved, they got a developer involved and used remote support to resolve. Great support!

only issue I had in e6 connect is there seems to now be a longer delay from impact to showing in the software

It wasn’t a big fix to get TGC camera calibration working. Took about 15-20 minutes

Had a friend who’s a +3 come over this evening, hit every iron in the bag and numbers were dead on or within a yard of what his playing distances are. (Unfortunately mine weren’t quite as precise 💁🏻♂️)
Safe to say the new firmware is spot on (indoor setting, 8’ distance, sea level)

Sometimes I laugh when I see people complaining about the precision of their Mevo+ readings because most golfers don't have good, consistent swings. People buy this to get better and want to argue with it when it tells them they need to improve their swing?

Also not sure fusion is implemented even though we have the firmware - played a couple rounds and notice no difference.

Feb 1 is what I've heard for implementation. The update was just to make the unit ready.

The TGC interface has an option to calibrate alignment using the Mevo+ camera. Option is on the device connect screen.

You can also adjust the tilt of the Mevo plus in the TGC interface but I don't see where you can adjust the roll.

The device is allowing tilt degrees between 10-19 now as the font is green.
I setup my device in FS golf at 12 degrees.
The data parameter for angle of attack and spin were reading zero for many pitch shots and full shots.
I went back to 16 degree and did not have any issues.

I will wait till the new FS golf app comes out and hopefully they update instructions on setup on recommended tilt.

I seen a FS live Instagram video from the PGA show, they said there is a new chipping and putting option within FS Golf app. Assuming this will need to be 12 degrees hence the change. He did even say they have been using 12 degrees with Fusion tracking and seeing better results.

Only used .20 software once yesterday with TGC, seems putting speed is improved.
