Just downloaded the pro package for my MEVO + and now I am getting an error message on my interface for TGC 2019 that says “unsupported sensor model: unknown. Sensor will not arm”. Anyone else having this issue / know how to fix it?

We've released a new update of the FlightScope Interface!
You can start the interface and it should give you a pop-up that a new update is available.
If not, please re-run the setup:

Hi! Not sure if it's only me...
I just upgraded my Mevo+ to Pro Package, installed the new Flightscope Interface, but now I see some connection errors - I believe the Mevo+ unit is toggling between armed vs processing and ready vs connected like I have never seen before.
Result: Missing shots and seeing delays before the shot is performed in the game, can take almost a minute sometimes (it is inconsistent). I can pick up my ball, tee it up and change club before I even know whether the shot was registered or not.
Have no issues in FS Golf app and had no issues before with my setup (Mevo+ -> TGC) before upgrading, so I hope I will get back the snappy experience I had before.
Anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone have any suggestions like reinstall TGC (might that also have changed over the year)?

I was having issues updating TGC Interface. Pro-Tee USA was helpful in making sure all my software was up to date via Teamviewer. I'd touch base with them.Comment

So continued the investigations today. Made a lot of videos that I will analyse. Tried to turn off power management, but issue persists. I can see that the Flightscope interface does not get the data during the delays, I've also looked at the connection status in the Flightscope interface and the Mevo unit and continue to see strange patterns there as well when the bugs happen. Thinking of buying another wifi card (while the FS Golf app works as expected on my phone and I guess the Wifi there might actually be more high-end)... Had no issues prior to the upgrades. With some luck someone will release a new firmware update and things go back to normal.
Would be easier to debug if connection status (and radar status) was provided together with the other shot data in the Flightscope interface! :-)Last edited by Jorn Jacobson; 02-05-2022, 09:36 PM. -
Replaced Linksys USB 3.0 dual band Wifi adapter with integrated Wifi 6 card from Asus, it seems to have solved the issue! 🎉

I'm on version 1.0.3.3, I tried to run the download link above and it tells me I need to delete my current TGC 2019 program to download the new one. If I do this will I lose the courses I have unpublished? Should I make sure to save the file elsewhere first?Comment
