E6 Putting - Mevo Pro

I’m having a really hard time getting E6 to read putts, it will catch maybe 1 out of every 6. I’ve tried putting from. 6’, 7’, 8’ both down the line, 6” right to 12” right.
The new FS putting interface worked great though, so I’m really stumped.
Any advice or tips?

Just an FYI. Evidently there was a batch/batches of Mevo+ units from 2020 that do not have the capable hardware to read putts (assuming with Fusion now added). Not sure if they’re considered defective or not at this point. Regardless Flightscope called me and said I can send my unit back (on my dime) and they’ll send me a new updated unit. Was a bit pissed that they wouldn’t supply a call tag, but a minor grievance since they’re sending me a new unit.
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up so you spend a whole day trying to calibrate putting with the new Fusion software 🤦🏻♂️.
FYI my unit was order 11/16/2020 and I think shipped to me mid-Jan 2021.

That's probably why they asked me to send my unit back to them. They really should be paying the shipping both ways.

I found that putting works best for me when I putt 3 feet from the unit with a tilt of 7 degrees. I hit full shots from 7 feet (still with 7 degrees of tilt) and it works fine. Someone else on this forum recommended that and it works for me. You might try that before sending your unit back.

They actually had me send data through the app and discovered something was off with the radars that affects chipping and putting.

Hey Doc, n00b here. Just got my Mevo+ last week. How are you able to set the tilt to 7? 10 toggles between green or red for me. Anything under 10 degrees goes red and the Mevo+ wont arm.
