Mevo+ and E6 Connect for PC Connection issues FRUSTRATING

I hate having to deal with multiple companies on troubleshooting, first response is to always blame the other side. I'm dealing with that right now between Flightscope and E6.

I recently bought E6 Connect for PC and it was working fine with my Mevo+ (non pro) for the first week or so. Since then Mevo has released the pro upgrade and E6 has had some software updates and somewhere along the line the Mevo stopped registering shots in E6. It still connects and I can even still align with the camera but shot are not picked up in E6. It still works in my flightscope app.

E6 is telling me it is a Mevo SDK issue that Flightscope needs to fix (no evidence to support this) and Flightscope is telling me it is an app/software issue in E6. I've asked both for links to previous versions of software and firmware. Barring that any other suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

There is a technical troubleshoot FS Golf for PC that shows signals received. Did they ask you to use it to check that it isn’t something else than API ?
the Mevo webcam is an http stream you can read with a simple browser using the 8080 port.
real launch monitor data is a binary protocol on port 5100, at least you can check with this utility that the shots came into your PC

Did you check the Mevo settings on E6? Sometimes the updates switch the hitting mode to Outdoor, which wouldn't register any shot data for limited ball flight.

It sounds like you've been through a couple tech support calls already but thought it was worth a mention, just in case.
