FSGolf running on Android connecting to BenQ Projector

Hi all,

Looking for some help here...

I have Mevo+ Pro with FSGolf running on Android (Galaxy Note20 Ultra) connected to BenQ projector via USB Type C to HDMI adapter.

When I first got it and before upgrading to pro and also upgrading to FSGolf 4.0, this worked fine, I had to use DEX app on android to navigate FSGolf but it worked fine.

My apps projected fine onto the screen and FSGolf worked perfectly.

Now after the upgrade, it doesn't detect shots. FS support said it's losing it's connection because of DEX and I should not use DEX. But when I shut down the DEX app, the image on the screen or aspect ration is a very small replication of the phone image, think vertical rectangle in center of screen, you see it but it's not usable and you cannot maximize it to fill the screen. At least I cannot figure out how to :-(

Has anyone else experience this or is using a similar setup with success?

Not quite related to the projector aspect but I'm trying to connect my own for the first time with the updated app and I get a connection but no "ready" that I used to get with the old app. I don't need this to work right now but was hoping to check on the terrible uneekor qed's at the local indoor sim place tonight. I've been getting total bs for spin numbers from them and wanted to pull my mevo+ data at the same time to know I'm not on crazy pills.

Mine does work fine if I just use FSGolf on the phone and not the projector. I don't recall if I saw the ready, but when I was testing trying to get the projector to work I went back and forth a bit, trying different things. Whenever I unplugged the HDMI, using phone only, shots would register fine. Also good with TGC,
